Meet Our Founders

Meet Sandra

Sandra brings a background in experimental psychology, music, and the practice of radical acceptance to our impact entrepeneurship. She built a happy marriage for 52 years with her late husband, Jennifer's father, who was a great leader but a fiercely misunderstood, neurodivergent man.

Today, at 87, this wise and steadfast family matriarch continues to guide great minds to bridge gaps in social-emotional understanding. She enjoys safeguarding her family’s Scandinavian heritage and genealogy, and celebrating other enduring cultures around her.

Like many in her family, Sandy, too, is Neurodivergent. At 87, this steadfast family matriarch guides brilliant minds, safeguards her family’s legacy, and loves celebrating the enduring cultures around her.

Sandra blends a strong background in experimental psychology with the practice of radical acceptance.

Meet Jennifer

Today, Jennifer offers holistic and immersive 1:1, family/relationship, and small group intensive coaching that gets Neurodivergent men and their relationships unstuck. Clients thrive through skills and tools that strengthen control, cohesion, and coalition in just weeks.

After graduating from the University of Minnesota in1993, Jennifer served her community as an Autistic/ADHD teacher and educational leader on the front lines of the early neurodiversity movement and the subsequent battles to revolutionize one-size-fits-all instructional practices in schools.

As an innovator of "neuro-intuitive" and ESL teaching and learning resources and guides, Jennifer helped neurodivergent people from around the globe navigate obstacles to success when they needed wins most. She developed a reputation for quickly turning around struggling students and adults in seemingly hopeless relationships in families, schools, and workplaces.

With help from her neurodivergent husband, adult children, family, colleagues, and friends, she's honed her natural talent and expertise in neurodivergent social linguistics, relationship science, and systems thinking to create Osebergs Advisory.

What's up with the name?

Since immigrating from Norway to Minnesota during the main Viking revival of the 1860s, six generations of our founders' family have worked hard to honor and pass down their proud, Nordic-American heritage and culture.

The history of the Oseberg Viking Burial Ship motivated three neurodivergent generations to learn how to maintain optimum flow through myriad adversities inherent to living and loving authentically in the very neurotypical twentieth and twenty-first century world.

Upon their deaths, the 80 year-old and 50 year-old women received a luxurious burial within their longship, meant to ensure their spirits had a comfortable passage into the next realm.

Upholders of ancient Norse tradition, these women brought natural healing, life-altering rituals, and pragmatic leadership skills to communities, motivating them to harmonize with Nature, and contributing to the highly adaptable, robust culture of the early Viking age.

In the early ninth century, a masterpiece of engineering was crafted not for war, but for leadership: the Oseberg Ship. This beautifully crafted vessel was designed for a vital purpose: to transport two transformational leaders quickly and efficiently along the hazardous coastline and up narrow rivers across Norway.

Like the women on the ship, Osebergs founders and crew blend specialized expertise with practical, social, and spiritual wisdom from around the world to guide your rapid transcendence to higher levels of consciousness, confidence, and connection.
